Don't see why you shouldn't.  Theres absolutely nothing wrong with anime (unless it's Naruto ).

Edit: I changed mine due to the poor image quality of the last.  If only there was an HD collectoin of the 1st series of Haruhi Suzumiya like there is the 2nd series...
