Nintendo of Japan has introduced a new evolution of the Nintendo DS, a new Nintendo DSi system called the Nintendo DSi LL. The difference is the 1" bigger screens, bumping up the two 3.25" screens of the DSi to two 4.2" screens on the DSi LL. The new system has a release date of November 21, 2009 release at 20,000 yen ($220). The DSi LL will be available in Wine Red, Dark Brown and Natural White colors. Nintendo of Europe also confirmed that the new system will be released in that region with the name of Nintendo DSi XL in the next year's first quarter.   Latest Comments

Honestly, the screens may be a good thing to us near sighted people and elderly, but one wrong move with the stylus (or finger) you might ruin it's exquisite look! Also I'm just waiting to hear rumors if the newly DS is confirmed true. But I'm enjoying my DS Lite and it's only two years old. Anyways, I do like to commemorate Nintendo's achievement on making this remarkable handheld spanning for five years when November 21st arrives.
